Ethnic specific intrauterine growth charts enable identification of at risk infants and their associated complications. Risk newborns are based on their birth weight, intrauterine growth patterns and gestational age and assigned a risk score from I to X. Those with the risk score I are term, normal weight, appropriate for gestational age based on ethnicity have the best prognosis in contrast those with risk score VIII to X have increasing risks with 80-90% mortality in those with risk score IX to X.

Affix sticker labels with a color code from green to red on each newborns chart, for quick, easy identification of newborn based on birth weight, gestational age and intrauterine growth pattern for ethnic specific newborns.
